When you enter the home and walk into the living room you are greeted by one of the best water views in the building. The wall-to-wall patio doors from the living room all overlook the secluded lagoon where you can launch paddle boards or kayaks from the community dock. This lagoon is home to manatees and dolphins throughout the year. Beyond that you look across the mangroves out to the intercoastal waterway. You will also be greeted by gorgeous sunrises most of the year. Bay Bliss has been completely updated from the original. The kitchen has new Shaker cabinets and new quartz countertops. All the appliances are less than three years old, including a new full-sized washer and dryer that have replaced the old compact stackable.
