They are equipped with Stainless-Steel Refrigerators, Smooth Top Stoves, Microwaves, Dishwashers, Outdoor Patio, as well as a Laundry Room with Washer/Dryer hook ups. There are NO Upstairs Neighbors – No Downstairs Neighbors. The application fee is $75 per resident 18 years and older. If approved due at signing is, On Time Rent of $1400 + the performance fee of $1005.00 which includes a non-refundable one-time document prep fee of $395. If you have pets there is a $300 pet fee along with an additional $15 per month per rent.
