This 3rd floor apartment is in the front of the Building with easy access to Balcony for relaxing evenings. It offers access to the on site Fitness Center with a small key deposit that is refundable when returned. The Building is a secure Building requiring a key to access the interior. Must have an appointment. On the ground floor there is a great little Bagel/Coffee shop for those early morning breakfast needs. And close to the City park and Library. Utilities are billed monthly through our office.
