This property sits just steps from the sandy beach of Treasure Island, it comes UNFURNISHED and is available for a minimum of 12 months. This property does not include the back house, only the main home. If you decide to apply for one of our properties, there is a $100 per adult application fee that is non-refundable. As well as a non-refundable pet fee if applicable. Anyone aged 18 or above who will be residing at the property must apply.
