Landlord is in the process of metering the individual units for water. Tenants will be billed monthly $50.00 for water use on the 1st of each month starting the second month. If excessive water use is determined the tenant will be billed for the actual cost of water for the unit. Application fee is $75 per adult. Security deposit and 1st months rent must be made in cashiers check or money order. Two (2) Separate checks are required. One for security deposit and one for 1st months rent.
