The pictures were taken before current tenant moved in. The house will be rented generally unfurnished or partially furnished. The house has a newer central AC system, a newer metal roof, electric fireplace and wall mounted TV. There are two bedrooms, a living/dining area connected to the kitchen and a small utility room with a stacked washer/dryer. We will do a standard background check that cost $ 29 for eachapplicant.
